About

Hi, I'm Malgosia. A teacher, a yogi, and forever a student.

My yoga journey began many years ago, when I was introduced to the physical aspect of yoga in the western world. But as one embarks on this journey, more questions present themselves than answers. I travelled to India on numerous occasions to learn about this ancient science of life. Here again, I was presented with more questions than answers and realized that this path was life long. While continuing to gain traditional knowledge and practices, I counter this with the western science of anatomy, nervous system and neuro connections. The beauty I find is that these two perspectives are so deeply connected and one. 

Everything is connected. It is the essence of yoga, and of life itself.

My aim is to offer useful tools for my students to find their own beneficial yogic practices, be it physical or mental. When we live a joyful and balanced life, we contribute to a positive change in the world.

In each class you are invited to observe your own experiences and explore the sensations of asanas and breath in your body and mind, discovering a deeper dimension of the self. Focus is placed on understanding and working with the individual body constitution, building greater awareness of the self.

I combine the understanding of body anatomy, the nervous system with ancient yoga philosophy and ayurvedic connections. I seek to empower students to live a more connected life to the self and the surrounding world, making yoga an accessible tool for everyone.
